St John Passion is one of the most iconic masterpieces of choral music in which Bach sets to music the Passion of Christ as told in the Gospel of John. The piece was first performed at Vespers on Good Friday in Leipzig. This concert will feature a narration in French by Etienne Kupelian in between the movements.
